We are a full-service modern planning and design team with a passion for creating unique and personalized weddings for adventurous people. Transforming empty lots of land and bare bones venues with attention to detail and magnificent style. Don’t be fooled we can rock a hotel ballroom, downtown mansion, and an empty barn too.
Natasha’s love of organization and parties go hand in hand, so the natural progression brought her to event and wedding planning. She finds joy in the completion of a task, the excitement of watching a plan come together and love of bringing joy to others. She would say that an unconventional upbringing has lead her to see the joy in the small things, as a child she would re-wrap toys just so she could unwrap them and experience the magic over again. Planning an event for others gives her that same joy and excitement. Natashas design style is balanced and elegant mixed with boho gypsy vibes, playing with texture and movement to create natural sophistication. When she is not designing and producing weddings you can find her out enjoying all that mother nature has to offer, losing herself in music at a live show, binge watching HGTV or embracing the quiet moments with her family.
Lyanne has a natural ability for mastering any task she sets her sights on. The people who know her best describe her as determined, sharp, and optimistic. With a background in business and psychology, she not only brings professionalism, but also understanding and balance to all of her projects. Lyanne is of Mexican descent but was born and raised in sunny southern Arizona. She studied at the University of Arizona where she majored in Psychology. And she is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration. Lyanne loves classic styles with a flare of awesome. She’s lived in England and has traveled to Mexico, Canada, France, and Spain. She loves to take inspiration from her travel experiences and mix it with timeless elegant style to create one of a kind designs. When she’s not working on weddings, she’s planning her next trip, taking her Shih Tzu, Simba, for hikes or in a ballet class. She drinks way too much coffee and makes no apologies for it. She enjoys weekend getaways to picturesque mountain towns, all things fashion, and re-watching Friends.
In The Press
Working with Natasha on my sisters wedding was a joy. She kept everything moving smoothly and made the day run just the way she wanted. She relieved a lot of stress for me as the maid of honor and it allowed me to enjoy the day more than if I had been trying to run everything too.
In addition to donating our services to local organizations like Night to Shine, we are passionate about animal rescue, Natasha has volunteered with several rescue organizations and her family has fostered many dogs and puppies over the last couple of years. We at Sugar Willow Events are honored to be able to donate a portion of each event to local rescues. Find out more about animal rescue here Big Bones Canine Rescue or Paws On the Ground.
