Perfect Planning ($5200+)
Full service planning, this package is perfect for the couple that wants a guiding hand every step of the planning process from venue research and selection to flipping off the lights at the end of the night. Whether you need someone to take the bull by the horns to get stuff done or a best friend to share in the selection of vendors and perfection of the smallest details, we do that.
The perfect planning package includes,

- Assistance in creation of menus and stationary

- Creation of seating charts

Partial Planning ($2600+)
Have you handled the major wedding details like venue and catering and you just need a hand with a few details and vendors? Or are you planning a small wedding elopement? Let’s plan together, this package is designed for the couple that wants a limited help throughout the planning process.
The partial planning package includes,
- Wedding coordination
- Two additional meetings
- Access to our online planning software
- Meeting and managing of five wedding vendors or five a la carte services
Wedding Coordination ($1600+)
We handle coordination a little different than some others. You may have heard of day of or month of coordination, let’s face it Rome wasn’t built in a day or a month and neither is the biggest day of your life. That is why from the moment you book with us you have access to personalized vendor recommendations, and advice from an experienced wedding professional. About eight weeks before your wedding we step in to gather all a list of vendors and details, then we start working on a detailed timeline, iron out any wrinkles and prepare for your big day so you can sit back relax and enjoy your wedding.

- Ten hours the day of planner and one assistant
- Overseeing of table and venue setup
- Managing all vendors and deliveries throughout the day

And, so you don’t feel rushed or pressured, we happily book one event only within a 3 day time-span to insure you have our undivided attention in the days leading up to your special event.
Wedding Design ($500+)
Details are our bread and butter, minimal or elaborate whatever your style and wedding vision we will create a magnificent design that not only leaves your guests in awe but also invites comfort and functionality. Our comprehensive design questionnaire, design meeting and your digital inspiration help us get to know you both and guild our design processes, we then provide you with a digital mood board before finalizing the design.
A la cartè services ($200+)
We want to ensure that your event is everything you imagine. That is why we are happy to offer a la cart services including but not limited to,
- Management of guest list and RSVP’s
- Additional Vendor meeting and management
- Wedding website creation
- Additional vendor or fitting appointments
- Setup and management of hotel accommodations
- Compilation of wedding favors
Perfect Party ($500+)
Celebrations bring us joy, small cocktail parties, holiday parties, showers, non-profit events, just about any party you can think of we can plan it. Bonus points for themed events, we LOVE a good attire and password required kind of party.

When I look back on my wedding day, it was amazing because of what Natasha was able to create. She was so understanding of the pieces of the day that were most important to my husband and I and also gave us such inspiration of how to bring it all together. She helped me to pick out a color scheme, dresses, catering, and even ensured that I had lint rollers on the day of She was present at our rehearsal dinner, wedding and even supported me after the wedding in working with our photographer. Natasha kept me and my bridal party calm and collected while she took care of everything so we could enjoy our day!
As a mother of two daughters getting married 6 weeks apart, I started out on my own with the 1st wedding. About half way thru I was overwhelmed and admitted I needed help. I hired Natasha from Sugarwillows to help and thank God I did she helped with everything I hadn’t done and then made everything I did better. Wish I would have hired her sooner! She was so professional, really kept everything on schedule and during the wedding reception she was invaluable thinking of everything I didn’t even know I needed. Natasha was one of the best wedding coordinators I have ever worked with. As the Coordinator at the venue her client was having their wedding, I have worked with many wedding planners but Natasha is the best. She was on top of all the extra decorations the bride brought for the reception. She was organized and easy to communicate with which makes my job setting up the venue a breeze. She stayed through the entire reception, moving throughout the room to ensure all guests were having a great time. I can’t image the bride had a single worry on her big day with Natasha on the job. Our wedding day literally went so smoothly and there is no way it would have been so amazing without Natasha on top of everything. Look no further – if Natasha has your date available, book her! My only regret is waiting until I had struggled through the planning process for months before realizing I needed help. Natasha was willing to do whatever was needed to make sure the day turned out exactly how we wanted. Leading up to the day she made it clear that this was our weekend to celebrate and enjoy our families, and it was her job to make sure the florist got there on time, that the seating chart matched reality and that our decor was all perfectly laid out. But what Natasha doesn’t advertise is that she will run and get a drink for your elderly uncle when she notices his glass is empty, she will give out her number to every single one of your out of town family members so they call her first with literally any question under the sun, she lets you drink mimosas with your sisters all morning and takes care of any hiccup before you’re even aware there was an issue, she will meet you at a gas station by the airport rental car center two days after your wedding to try and help you and your new spouse find ways to squeeze, ship or re-home all the decor that you brought along for your destination wedding. Our day couldn’t have happened without Natasha, and if she wasn’t there as our planner, then I would now want her there as a friend. Working with Natasha was a great experience from the very start. She was attentive, had suggestions that I would not have dreamed of and our event was just beautiful. She turned a covered pavilion with cement floors into a lovely tulle draped venue for our wedding reception. She is the best!
My wedding was this past Saturday, and Natasha OWNED it. My wedding wasn’t simple, or small, or chaos free – and she took care of everything under the sun! Even my guests were commenting on how amazing she was! If something needed to be done, she was on it. She went way ABOVE & BEYOND her duties – and I would recommend her to EVERYONE I know. If you think you don’t need a day of coordinator, you are 100% wrong.
My husband, like most men, wasn’t sure if we needed to spend more money, since we were paying for our own wedding, and ever since our big day on Saturday – he can’t stop talking about how Natasha was sent from Heaven. (And was probably our best investment!)
