Sugar Willow Events is led by founder and creative director Natasha Tuccitto, whose background in art history informs her refined, editorial approach to wedding design and planning.

With over a decade of experience producing luxury weddings and destination celebrations, Natasha is known for her calm presence, meticulous organization, and intuitive understanding of how to bring complex events together seamlessly. She balances creative vision with logistical expertise, ensuring that every celebration feels both beautiful and effortless.

Natasha works closely with each couple, guiding the process with clarity and intention while leaving space for personal expression. Her role is equal parts creative director, strategic planner, and trusted partner — allowing couples to feel confident, supported, and fully present throughout the journey.

Jennifer’s journey with Sugar Willow Events began as a guest, attending several weddings before joining the team. Now in her third season, she brings the same excitement and joy to every celebration she touches. Her passion for event planning was sparked by her sister’s wedding in 2017, and today, Jennifer delights in crafting the finishing touches that transform a beautiful event into an unforgettable experience.

With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, concentrating in Public and Non-Profit Management, Jennifer combines creativity with meticulous organization—perfecting timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly. An avid traveler, she has explored 15 countries across the Caribbean and Central America, drawing inspiration from their vibrant colors, textures, and rhythms to infuse each event with warmth, elegance, and thoughtful design.

Cassi’s love of wedding planning was sparked as an intern at Disney World, where she gained a deep understanding of the wishes and expectations of couples celebrating weddings or honeymoons. Returning home to Denver, she discovered her calling, beginning her career as a stylist in a bridal boutique—and she hasn’t looked back since.

With a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and four years of experience in the wedding industry, Cassi brings a refined eye for design, seamless organization, and a touch of magic to every event. Her approach balances elegance with imagination, ensuring each celebration is both visually stunning and flawlessly executed.

Alice brought her expertise from Los Angeles to Colorado, where she has produced weddings and high-profile events with creativity and precision. Recently married herself, she understands firsthand the balance of emotion, logistics, and joy that make a celebration truly unforgettable.

A recording artist and DJ, Alice infuses every event with rhythm, energy, and a unique creative perspective. In addition, she runs a side business designing custom engagement and wedding rings, bringing the same artistry and attention to detail from her jewelry work into every celebration she touches. With Alice on your team, every event is elevated by her style, passion, and innovative vision.
