Sugar Willow Events is guided by Natasha Tuccitto, a Colorado luxury wedding planner and designer with more than a decade of experience creating celebrations in places that require both imagination and serious production expertise.
With a background in art history, Natasha brings a refined, editorial eye to every celebration—layering texture, light, color, and unexpected details into weddings that feel elevated without feeling overly formal.
Her experience includes complex tented weddings, private ranches and family estates, mountain properties, destination celebrations, and locations without traditional event infrastructure. From coordinating with property owners and ranch managers to navigating access, power, tenting, transportation, and site logistics, she understands what it takes to build a wedding experience from the ground up.
Known for calm leadership, honest collaboration, and a sense of fun, Natasha creates celebrations that are thoughtfully designed, expertly produced, and genuinely enjoyable for the people at the center of them.

Jennifer’s journey with Sugar Willow Events began as a guest, attending several weddings before joining the team. Now in her third season, she brings the same excitement and joy to every celebration she touches. Her passion for event planning was sparked by her sister’s wedding in 2017, and today, Jennifer delights in crafting the finishing touches that transform a beautiful event into an unforgettable experience.
With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, concentrating in Public and Non-Profit Management, Jennifer combines creativity with meticulous organization—perfecting timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly. An avid traveler, she has explored 15 countries across the Caribbean and Central America, drawing inspiration from their vibrant colors, textures, and rhythms to infuse each event with warmth, elegance, and thoughtful design.

A recording artist and DJ, Alice infuses every event with rhythm, energy, and a unique creative perspective. In addition, she runs a side business designing custom engagement and wedding rings, bringing the same artistry and attention to detail from her jewelry work into every celebration she touches.
